  • Try changing laundry detergents or moving to a new home because your surroundings might actually be the root cause of your eczema.
  • Never scratch no matter how itchy it is. Skin damage will leave scars. If you can’t help it, just relieve the itch by placing an ice patch on the swelling or use a soft cloth and caress it (not scratch) on the itchy part.
