Running: The Way Of The Treadmill

Cardio exercises are largely dependent on running, walking or jogging, and all of those are normally done outdoors. So, most cardio exercises are done outside the house, and this can be a problem for those who do not have the time. Some people prefer to exercise in their homes because they are not limited by time, weather or the distance of the location from where they are.   7. A lot of treadmills also have built-in counters that tells you how many calories you have lost.
  8. With a treadmill in your house you are more likely to use it.
