This is probably the most common form of fasting; when you do this kind of fasting, you only eat a few amount of food for a few days but you’re allowed to drink juices and liquids. This fasting should never go beyond 10 days because this is a low calorie diet. This fast-detox diet can help you lose weight but this is not the easiest thing to do since you need to start living healthy after you do the 10 day fasting.
